Domiciliary Care

As Superior Healthacre, we provide  home care in which a trained caregiver visits your in their own home to provide assistance with activities of daily living be it for the elderly, disabled persons, or individuals recovering from an illness or injury who require help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management, meal preparation, and transportation.

We provide well trained professionals and our goal is to enable individuals to remain living independently in their own homes for as long as possible, while maintaining a high quality of life.

Respite Care

Our respite care packages are designed to provide a short-term form of care temporary relief to primary caregivers who are responsible for the care of an elderly or disabled individual, or an individual with special needs. We provide this in a variety of settings, including the individual’s home, a care center, or a residential facility.

Our primary goal is to give caregivers a break from their caregiving responsibilities, which can be physically and emotionally demanding. This break can help caregivers to rest and recharge, reducing the risk of burnout and enabling them to provide better care over the long term.

Included in our package is companionship, personal care, or medical assistance to the your loved ones. We may also provide this in form or temporary live-in care. 

Complex Care

As Superior Healthcare, we support individuals with complex medical needs, who require a high level of care due to the severity or complexity of their medical conditions.

We have trained healthcare professionals to coordinate efforts of multiple healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and other specialists. Conditions we take of  include chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, as well as complex neurological conditions, traumatic injuries, and genetic disorders.

Our goal with this type of a healthcare package is to provide individuals with the support and resources they need to manage their medical conditions and maintain the highest possible level of functioning and quality of life. This may involve ongoing monitoring and management of symptoms, the development of customized care plans, and the provision of specialized medical treatments and therapies. We can arrange to  provide in a hospital, clinic, or specialized care facility, or in the client’s home.

Supported Living

Our supported living package is a type of care that is designed to help individuals with disabilities or special needs to live as independently as possible in their own homes or in shared living arrangements.

Our services include assistance with activities of daily living , such as bathing, dressing, and cooking, as well as help with managing finances, accessing community resources, and participating in social and recreational activities. 

Our goal with supported living is to promote independence, self-determination, and community integration for individuals with disabilities or special needs, while also providing necessary support and assistance to ensure their safety and well-being.

Live-In Care

As Superior Healthcare we also provide trained caregivers  to live with a client in their own home to provide round-the-clock assistance with activities of daily living.

This is mainly tailor made for individuals like the elderly, disabled persons, or individuals recovering from an illness or injury who require constant supervision and assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management, meal preparation, and transportation. Our carer(s) will live in the client’s home, providing assistance as needed and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Our goal with live-in care include enabling individuals to remain living in their own homes for as long as possible, while receiving the assistance and support they need to maintain a high quality of life. We ensure provision of peace of mind for family members, who can rest, assured that their loved one is receiving round-the-clock care and attention.

Hospital Discharge Care

This is a type of care that we provide to individuals who have been discharged from a hospital or other medical facilities and require ongoing support and assistance as they transition back to their home or community.

Our hospital discharge care package include a range of services, depending on the individual’s needs, such as medication management, wound care, physical therapy, and help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Our goal with hospital discharge care is to ensure that individuals receive the support and resources they need to continue their recovery and avoid readmission to the hospital.

We provide this type of care a variety of settings, including the individual’s own home, a rehabilitation facility, or a skilled nursing facility. The length of time for which hospital discharge care is needed will depend on the individual’s condition and their progress in recovery.
